Office manager needed for friendly family owned roofing company.
Our growing company is looking for a new experienced office manager who would work directly with our home owners, suppliers and staff.
Qualifications needed -
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work well with others as well as independently
-Strong phone skills
-Extremely organized
-Experience with Quickbooks
-Ability to learn and use our crm
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
-Working with our suppliers
-Paying suppliers for all materials
-Ordering materials
-Invoicing customers
-Quickbooks
-Keep track of staff hours and pay
-Paying all office bills
Hours needed Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary commensurate with experience
