Title: Office Administrator – Small Home Care Agency
We are a small, dedicated home care agency seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in a friendly, fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phones, emails, and scheduling
Maintain client and employee records
Assist with billing, payroll, and timesheets
Support hiring and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with state and agency policies
Requirements:
Previous office/admin experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Ability to multitask and work independently
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (somewhat flexible)
Location: West Haven, CT
Compensation: Based on experience
