Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Checking and uploading orders from the Sales Dept into our ERP system, Plant Partner Enterprises (PPE)- basic computer skills required.
Working with the shipping dept processing truck papers from PPE
Approving freight invoices for payment by matching the invoices with contract and proof of delivery.
Working with Excel and Google spreadsheets – must have intermediate excel skills – pivot tables, xlookups
o Checking the customer pricing in PPE against customer published pricing
o Maintaining SKU and UPC database in PPE
o Maintaining inventory of rolling racks at 3 locations.
Processing customer credit disputes using ex
Preparing, scanning, and logging accounting documents
Maintaining an electronic filing system for invoices, contracts and PODs
Answering phone calls and emails from customers and truckers.
