Manufacturing Sales & Order Entry Project Manager

Overview
JFD Tube & Coil Products, Inc. is a custom manufacturer of shell & tube heat exchangers for HVAC, oil & refinery, chemical, and pulp & paper industries. The successful candidate will be strong in Math with the ability to quote shell & tube heat exchangers, Tube Bundles, & Coils in compliance with ASME, Section VIII, Div. 1, performing order entry, and check drawings & calculations to confirm compliance of pressure vessels.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide quotations to customer inquiries for J.F.D. Products (Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Tube Bundles, Helical Coils, Etc.)
2. Use E2 (Shoptech Software) to route materials & hours for shop orders. Enter Job orders so production can begin.
3. Get material prices as necessary, and estimate shop hours accurately to quote tube bundles, heat exchangers, helical coils, and other bends and weldments.
4. Have understanding of ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 code requirements to assure all parts quoted are in compliance.
5. Provide sales drawings to drafting engineers to be able to get shop drawings & calculations of heat exchangers made that are in compliance with ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code.
6. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping staff to assure projects are on schedule.
7. Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure projects are compliant with contract and regulatory requirements
8. Maintain and build customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
1. 2+ Year in Manufacturing Sales and/or project management.
2. Proficient in Math, Bending & Rolling Calculations (Pi, Radius, Diameters, etc.)
3. Basic Understanding of ASME Section VIII, Div 1 Code
4. Working knowledge of metal fabrication materials
5. High attention to detail, with ability to sort through complex information
6. Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
7. Bachelor’s Degree
8. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Preferred Skills/Credentials:
1. Familiarity with storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers a plus
2. Experience in purchasing metal in various product forms (plate, sheet, pipe, tube)
3. Knowledge of SQL based ERP Software (E2 Shoptech)
