We are a small, family-owned coating company located in the Industrial Park. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, able to work alone and with others, have good dexterity and attention to detail – experience in this field is NOT required and you will be trained as you go.
During your training period, you will work with others to learn how to do specific tasks. An example of tasks that you could be trained to do include: wire wheel grinding, powder or liquid coating, sandblasting, applying masking to parts, inspecting coated parts, using a pad printing machine, cleaning parts. We comply with ISO 9001 and have a strict quality system.
You will receive safety training, be required to have a respirator fit test done in-house and will receive training specific to the job tasks expected of you. Prior experience is not necessary, but experience with jobs (or hobbies) that require attention to detail, dexterity, following precise instructions and planning ahead is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma/GED
Be available to work M-F 7:00am – 3:30pm
Up-to-date on Covid-19 vaccine
Have your own or reliable transportation
Over 18
