We are seeking warehouse workers for (2) separate companies in the New Haven County area!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload delivery trucks
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move/pick orders to the staging area
Follow scheduled assigned clean up duties
Monitor inventory levels and determine the need for stock replacement
Label containers with identifying and customer specific information
COMPANY EXPECTATIONS
Adhere to safety policies when performing picking assignments
Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks safely
Must be organized, friendly, responsible, adaptive, detail oriented and have time management skills
Required to stand for long periods of time
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
RF scanner, pallet jack, forklift experience (preferred)
Shipping/ receiving /packaging experience (required)
Must be able to lift objects on a regular basis up to 50 lbs in weight
Completed High School or GED
