The projects consist of:
- Demolition
- Basic concrete and carpentry work
- Site clean up
- General labor duties
- Prevailing Wage opportunities
- Contract work
The idea candidate will have:
- Notable construction experience
- Basic carpentry skills
- Experience using power tools
- OSHA 10/30 is required
- Reliable transportation
- Hazwoper is a plus
- CDL is a plus
