CN Wood a supplier of equipment to a wide range of industries are looking for a Parts Specialist in their New Haven CT location. This person will be providing assistant for all parts related business.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing customer support regarding parts inquiry's & sales over the phone and in person.
Research parts needed by Customer through manufacturers manuals and by outsourcing vendors.
Processing parts orders through manufacturer portals.
Follow up on customer quotes.
Tracks outstanding / backordered parts for customer.
Performs parts related admin tasks as directed
ATTRIBUTES:
Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Multi-tasking.
Ability to work in an Office & warehouse environment.
Ability to work with long alpha-numeric numbers.
Ability to periodically lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
High School diploma.
Willing to work overtime when needed and as directed by manager.
Heavy Equipment knowledge or Parts Industry preferred.
Good organizational and administrative skill set.
Customer service skills.
Good Problem-Solving skills.
Basic industrial parts and equipment knowledge.
Ability to Pass a Drug and background screening.
