About Us:
We’re a warm, busy family of five with three kids (8 years old, 6 years old, and 1.5 year old). Mom runs her own interior design firm and Dad works full time. Life is full and we are looking for someone who can help us keep our home running smoothly so we can spend more time together as a family. We're looking for someone who can truly partner with us behind the scenes to keep our home running smoothly and beautifully.
We want to truly know and trust our house manager. You are someone we’ll love having in our home, who works independently with a “can-do” attitude and consistently takes initiative. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive, with a talent for creating and maintaining household systems. If something needs to be done, you’ve already handled it.
Who We’re Looking For:
-You love creating order out of chaos and find genuine satisfaction in making a home run smoothly.
-Your “zone of genius” is all the behind-the-scenes magic — laundry systems, meal planning, tidying, organizing, and setting the household up for a smooth week.
-You notice the little things, fix them before we even have to ask, and take pride in being one step ahead.
-You’re the kind of person who says, “Already done!” before we’ve even finished the sentence.
-You bring kindness, competence, and thoughtfulness to everything you do — the kind of presence we’ll trust and value for the long haul.
-You enjoy being part of a family’s rhythm, but you also thrive working independently without a lot of check-ins.
-You work best when there’s structure and purpose — and you leave things better than you found them, every time.
