We have a full-time live-in caregiver to care for my 89 year old dad. We like to offer her regular time off each month and we are interviewing qualified candidates to fill in when are full-time caregiver takes a break.
This would include serving prepared meals 3 times per day. Making sure he gets his medicine. Keeping the condo organized and clean and spending the night in the spare bedroom at the condo.
You would have free time in between meals to leave the condo and do whatever you like. My dad lives in Guilford, CT where we have a beautiful downtown area, public beaches and many great restaurants.
