We are looking to add a line cook to our team who is strong on all stations including; grill, saute & fry
Shifts will be a combination of AM and PM shifts. AM shifts general run from 11am-5:30pm and PM shifts generally run from 4pm-11pm. Weekend availability is a must.
This person will be responsible for putting away orders correctly 2-3 times a week according to company, state & federal health standards, setting up and or closing the stations with the crew depending on the shift they are working, prepping food products during down time with the crew, orchestrating daily prep list for the crew, following cleaning schedules with the crew, maintaining general order and cleanliness & of course putting out quality products when working the line in a timely manner.
The right candidate is a team player, doesn’t mind taking direction, is cool headed and doesn’t mind physical work as the job is hands on.
