Very busy prepared meal and catering business in North Branford is looking for a kitchen lead in our north Branford location
Previous prepared meal and catering experience is required.
Bi-lingual
Must be able to work weekends
Hours are 7:30am-3:30pm
A resume and references are required to be considered for this position
Duties include - working with management to create weekly menus
Organize and assign daily kitchen prep to a staff of 5 or more
Daily inventory and product ordering
