Assistant General Manager (lower connecticut)
Highly regarded restaurant is seeking an Assistant General Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. Must be able to clearly express expectations to staff while executing owner's vision in a confident and positive manner. Also must be able to refine policies/procedures, make purchases from a set budget, and work closely with with other managers Must have experience with have a passion for food, wine, and drinks. Needs to make sure all FOH staff is set up to succeed in designated positions by thoroughly training each person prior to guest interaction. Most importantly the Assistant General Manager must be relentless in providing hospitality and creating an experience that exceed expectations of guests.
