Experienced Restaurant Manager Wanted

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
Manage inventory, ordering, and control costs to maximize profitability.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
