Handle all “point-of-sale” transactions correctly in the Micros. Balance all work at the end of shift. Maintain secure bank at all times. Count change at end of shift and balance bank. Maintain shelves and displays, restocking during and at the end of shift. Ensure all back-up inventory available, requisition as needed. Maintain store cleanliness including operating machinery. Performs other duties as required by supervisor.Know where all items are kept in general storeroom and kitchenQualifications Familiarity with all POS systems and cashi handling procedures.
