Start Moving LLC is currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant. If you have experience in customer service, clerical work, and possess strong computer skills, we want to hear from you!
Position: Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Perform various clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for moving projects
Utilize computer software and tools to manage office tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Training Provided:
Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with our company policies, procedures, and software systems.
Schedule: Part-time hours, flexible schedule available.
