Role: Hyland Onbase Solution Admin - 100% Onsite, No remote Work Location: New Britain, CT 06051 Duration: 12+ Months Must have skills
- Hyland onbase Admin,
- .net experience
- Prior experience with the following Onbase Applications Unity Client, Thick Client and Config, Web\App Server, Mailbox Importer, Report Services, DIP, Keyword Update, Workflow, Unity Forms, Office Integration, Production Document Imaging
- Strong .net expertise
- Implementation and support of Disk Groups, Document Types and Document Type groups, Keywords and Keyword Type Groups, Auto-Fill Keyword Sets (Internal and External), Reporting Dashboards, User Security Groups, Workflows, etc.
- Monitor daily processing and follow up with stakeholders in event of any issues
- Proficient in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, IIS, Cisco NetScaler Load Balancing, SQL Server
- Experience with reporting tools and databases (MSSQL and Oracle)
- Ability to handle Service Desk tickets assigned to our team and provide basic troubleshooting and escalation with a smile
- Work with Windows infrastructure teams (Server and Desktop), Data Center, DBA teams, Load Balancer teams, LAN, WAN, and SAN teams to ensure a stable environment
- QC of infrastructure changes (Image and Policy updates)
- Ability to support multiple brands of scanner installations in-house 8am 5pm M-F
- OCSA\OCWA preferred to provide support of currently deployed Onbase solutions
