Description We are offering a role in the healthcare industry located in New Britain, Connecticut. This job function is centered around a Patient Support Coordinator role at our branch. This opportunity provides a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Provide workstation support to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the branch Utilize Epic software and Jenkins in daily tasks and responsibilities Deliver patient support in a dermatology setting, ensuring the highest quality of care and service Coordinate patient appointments and manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Handle inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions related to patient support Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance patient care Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to healthcare industry standards Utilize financial notes to maintain accurate records of patient transactions Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex patient queries and issues Continually enhance skills and knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically in dermatology, to provide top-tier patient support. Requirements Must have experience in the role of Branch Inhouse Temp Proficiency in Workstation Support is required Experience with Financial Notes is essential Familiarity with Epic Software is a must Jenkins knowledge is required Dermatology experience is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must have a proactive and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Strong customer service skills.
