What You'll Do
- As a Windchill Data Expert, you'll be part of our Hand Tools Accessories & Storage team located distributed globally.
- Work with the greater team to develop & optimize workflowswithin the Windchill System
- Assist in transitioning data from legacy systems into Windchill
- Proactively assist in the creation of Change Notices
- Support Windchill activity related to the REA (Request for Engineering Action) change process
- Review Change Notices
- Provide regular support forUS /EU basedend-users
- Work closely with theGlobalChange Admin teams to maintain consistent implementation of work, and support with Global tasks where needed.
- Develop and execute change request and document control procedures for positive process improvement and achieve documentation consistency within the company
- Interact with Windchill users to identify process improvement and enhancement opportunities, feeding back these ideas to theHand Tools Accessories & Storage team
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience;
- Associates Degree or higher
- Strong knowledge ofWindchillPLM System
- Strong understanding of product development processes and product definition (for example Bill of material creation).
- problem solving/trouble shooting skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
- Good MS Office skills - PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Project
- Working knowledge of CREO/Solidworkswould be a benefit though not essential
