You'll get to:- Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of multiple business systemSharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel (VBA) and Workfrontthat support the new product development teams.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and newsystems, and other post-implementation support.
- Provide end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries,resolve,and escalate issues.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors to resolve issues.
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting,ITor similar.
- 2+ years' experience as a process analyst(Preferred)
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs,and flow charts.
- Logical and efficient.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Highlyself-motivatedand directedto work independently.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of SharePoint,Smartsheet, AdvancedExcel (VBA)orWorkfront toolsis a plus
