They are able to work within a team as well as independently, a passion for continuous improvement, and be the face of Quest Global to your customers. Listen to customer’s problems, build on the experiences you have personally had, and then develop innovative ways to solve their engineering problems.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to organize activities across multiple groups.
Work with high level managers and shop leads to coordinate movement of material
Manage critical part shortages to ensure timely completion of hardware builds
Have a basic understanding of material management
Analyze SAP data for material discrepancies and take appropriate action to correct data.
Create and maintain requests to transfer hardware in SAP
Update SAP production orders
Track incoming and outgoing material deliveries and coordinate with appropriate point of contact.
Track material on production floor for business units and update appropriate documentation
Kit delivery status updates and traveler requests
Ensure process/system issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in an appropriate manner.
Manage excel spreadsheet for critical hardware
Update SAP commit dates based on demand
Document changes to standardized processes when changes arise
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Associates degree required. Students approaching achievement of a degree with applicable work/internship experience and available for full time work will also be considered.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills are required.
Candidates should be self-starters and possess a strong desire to continuously learn while working under minimal direction.
The candidate should have experience using Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Occasional weekends and holidays coverage required
US Citizen required due to the nature of the work
Desired Skills:
Hands on experience in material management recommended
Knowledge within SAP and Solumina is preferred
Candidates should have the ability to work in a warehouse environment as the position will be based between office and floor settings.
