Hello, I am looking to form a working relationship an individual (or small crew) that may be able to work on a few different projects over the next two to three months. I would prefer hiring by the hour or day rate in order to set up my work flow accordingly, but would be willing to meet professionals that may be able to provide good estimates per job. I can offer between $45 and $65 per hour and look to employ a 9 hour 5 to 6 day a week schedule.
Job requirements:
Must have self management skills and be able to communicate about job needs and production
Must have truck and be able to coordinate material delivery or pick up
Must be tooled up in and be able to handle any facet of general construction tasks
Must have a level of carpentry skills that would allow for basic trim packages, cabinet installs, counter tops, etc.
Master carpenter would be considered highest level of experience.
