Key Responsibilities:
Measure and cut materials according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Install and frame walls, floors, and roofs, ensuring structures are level, square, and plumb.
Interpret and follow construction plans and work orders.
Install windows, doors, and other structural components.
Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and other building materials.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Collaborate with team members, project managers, and other trades to ensure project goals are met.
Assist with supervising other crew members when required (Lead experience is a plus).
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a framing carpenter (minimum of 5 years).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong knowledge of framing techniques and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
OSHA 10 certification required (or must be willing to obtain before starting work).
Lead experience is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Pay Range: $24-30 per hour
