We know you have worked hard to build your business, and the real estate market has changed - like it always does - and you may be exploring new or additional opportunities. The same thing happened to me. I had 3 real estate offices, personally managed 40-50 listings, won awards, paid for all my dues and advanced Realtor.com subscriptions, conducted countless open houses and yet, the market changed and there simply weren't enough sales in the market to sustain success. Sound familiar?

I would spend hours measuring every home, taking 100s of photographs, finely detailing each feature of every home. People thought I was so busy I must be on top of the world. The problem was, in that market, people stopped buying homes, and listings would sit idle for months. That is not a recipe for success.

That's when I discovered Solar. First out of necessity, as I needed to lower my utility costs, and then I was offered a position with a national Solar brand. I quickly discovered something that I want you to think about.

The skills I had mastered listing and selling homes were identical to what would make me successful consulting with homeowners about Solar. Notice I didn't say selling Solar. I do not, and never have believed in any type of "hard sell".

I measured houses, analyzed and photographed land and property, and built financial projections in a professional manner, all at the kitchen table. Same as real estate!

Once the client agreed, we contracted to build a solar system on their home or land. Almost the exact same procedure as a real estate agreement. With one big difference.

Instead of spending months chasing down buyers, and competing against 20 Realtors for listings, I was routinely contracting with up to 6-8 homeowners a month! To put this in perspective, what would your life look like if you sold 6 houses a month - every month?

Plus, I did not have the strain of all the Realtor fees. I love the real estate industry, but all the fees, dues and subscriptions are a drain on your resources. Even when the market is good it's a lot. Solar/Renewable Energy? No monthly fees.

At Good Sun Solar, all we do is meet with Connecticut and Massachusetts homeowners who want to explore the benefits to them of going Solar. Period. We do not, and will never, pressure anyone into making any decision. We are professional people, and we treat everyone with respect. We use our professional knowledge and resources to educate homeowners on the features and benefits of going Solar. We work by appointment and referral only.

We offer state of the art equipment, design and building processes. We are professionally licensed, bonded and insured.

Here's a fact. You already know at least 8 people who will go Solar this year, probably many more. Why? Because homeowners are suffering under the weight of ever increasing utility costs. Solar solves that problem.
