RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet remotely with clients, conduct an evaluation to determine if there is a need, present a unique financial solution.

- Educate clients around insurance products and guide them through the application, qualification, and approval process.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by conducting annual policy reviews.

- Participate in daily conference calls centered around sales training, leadership, and personal development.

- Track and report activity, while evaluating for areas of opportunity.

- Work collaboratively with the team.

- Actively invest in personal and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must hold an active state producer license, or be willing to complete an online course in 14-days to obtain one.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and business partners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize, work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.

- High level of professional integrity, as well as a strong desire to win.

COMPENSATION:

- 1099 Independent Contract – Financial Sales Consultant

- Uncapped earnings

- Passive Income potential

- Full-Time: 35-45 hours per week and can earn $7k - $12k or more per month

- Part-Time: 15-2- hours per week and can earn $2.5k - $5 or more per month

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, as well as the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
