Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a LEAD GENERATOR. As the face of DiGiorgi Roofing & Siding, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and promoting our home improvement products and services to new and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our company’s visibility, building customer loyalty, and fostering positive relationships within local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Awareness:
Represent the company at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
Produce viable leads that transition into future sales
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers) to potential clients
Create buzz and excitement about our products/services through word-of-mouth marketing, ensuring potential clients understand the value of our home improvement solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and how our services can meet their home improvement needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and delivering memorable experiences
Sales Support:
Assist in driving sales through lead generation efforts
Help increase brand recognition in local markets
Support the sales team by providing insights and potential leads from interactions with customers.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on promotional strategies and objectives.
Attend internal meetings to provide updates and share customer feedback.
