Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding the unique audio needs of each customer and recommending suitable car audio solutions via our interactive showroom displays.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in car audio technology. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product range to effectively educate and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and building strong customer relationships. Sell additional products such as leather interiors, remote starters, and van/truck equipment as needed.
Demonstrations and Installations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various car audio solutions. Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless installation for customers.
Follow-Up: Provide post-sales support by following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage feedback. Build a network of repeat customers and referrals.
Qualifications:
Passion for Cars and Audio: A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a passion for high-quality audio experiences.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in retail sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of car audio systems and components. Prior experience in car audio sales is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively convey technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
