As a Club Doorman / Bouncer, you will be the first line of defense for our club. You will be responsible for checking IDs, enforcing dress code, managing guest flow, and ensuring the safety and order of the club. You will also be expected to greet and welcome our guests with a smile and a positive attitude, as well as handle any situations that arise with discretion and professionalism. You will also be in charge of communicating with the Club VIP Ambassador and other staff members to provide the best service possible.
To be a successful Club Doorman / Bouncer, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 21 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A professional and well-groomed appearance, with excellent hygiene
- A strong and fit physique, with the ability to handle physical confrontations
- A calm and confident demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A team player, with the ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- A customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to deal with diverse and demanding guests
- A security-oriented mindset, with the ability to spot and prevent potential threats and incidents
- A knowledge and appreciation of the nightlife industry, as well as the latest trends and events
