We are seeking a Security Guard to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure the property as well as identify risks to staff and residents, the first shift security guards duties will also include some light office work when needed. We have a full-time position & a part-time available. We are currently looking to hire someone who would work 40 hours a week first shift Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm. We are also looking for a part-time security guard to work Saturday & Sunday mornings from 8am to 4pm.
Duties including but not limited to:
Monitor the buildings, parking lots, and common areas.
Implement rules and policies.
Patrol the property on Foot
Emergency Response & Reporting
Deliver notices
Complete and email a daily log.
Qualifications for the job:
Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in security.
High school education or GED
Computer literacy in Microsoft Email and Word
Have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Effectively communicate with residents and visitors
