Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in residential property management.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain high occupancy and retention
Effectively market the community
Work with various subsidy programs
Manage subsidy paperwork and compliance with tenants
Enforce community rules
Ability to use basic computer software programs
Possess great leadership and analytical skills
Strong critical thinking and problems solving skills
Familiarity of Fair Housing Regulations
Experience with Property Management Software
Bi-lingual (Preferred)
