Position: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Support
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Pay: Based on experience ($10–$15/hour starting, + $250–$500 for each deal closed, plus potential for raises and more bonuses)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Make and receive calls to homeowners (scripts provided)
Track and manage leads inside our CRM system
Input property info, update notes, and follow up with warm leads
Assist with document preparation, offer sending, and scheduling
Organize files and communicate with team members daily
Skip trace, pull lead lists, and support marketing campaigns
Help keep the team on track—be the glue that holds it all together!
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Speaks clear English with a friendly, confident phone presence
Is comfortable making cold calls and following a script
Has strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Is great with Google Docs, spreadsheets, CRMs, and task trackers
Can work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
Has high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset
