Job Title: Local Team Builder and Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and licensed professional to join us in the pivotal role of Local Team Builder and Project Manager. This multifaceted position involves building and managing local teams of contractors on the ground, establishing and nurturing key relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of real estate projects in your locality for our investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Local Team Builder:
Establish and nurture relationships with local contractors, agents, and other stakeholders, including material vendors.
Assemble and lead a skilled local team capable of managing multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
Drive the growth and success of investors in your locality.
Project Manager:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Act as the primary liaison between investors, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
Local Team Builder:
Proven experience in team management and relationship building.
Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and its key players.
Project Manager:
Licensed contractor in your state (i.e., able to pull permits).
Extensive project management experience in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
