We have an immediate position available for a residential property in Newington, CT. This person will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining all common areas and amenities of the property and other duties as assigned.
The position is 5-7 hours per day. Saturday 10am-3pm (possibly 7 hours) and Sunday 12pm-5pm (possibly 7 hours).
Must have tax ID or SS#. We prefer cleaning experience and will need at least 2 references.
This position will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.
