e are seeking a reliable Asset Tagging & Site Survey Technician to support our clients across the USA. The role involves tagging equipment like HVAC units, fridges, fans, stoves, and grills, as well as conducting site surveys to document store conditions. This includes taking photos of carpet stains, cracked walls, restroom cleanliness, light bulbs, and display cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Tag HVAC units, fridges, fans, stoves, and other assets with accurate details.
Inspect and photograph store conditions (e.g., carpet stains, walls, restrooms, lighting, displays).
Submit detailed reports and photos via digital tools.
Travel to various client locations across the USA and work independently.
Ladder usage may be required for certain site visits
Qualifications:
Experience in asset management, site surveys, or related fields is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to document findings.
Must be able to travel and have reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills.
