What you can expect: You will start to work with a Power Washing Technician to be trained in many aspects of our services which are unique to our industry. These services include: house washing, roof cleaning, deck cleaning and restoration, and many more. As a result, the new hire would be required to sign a non compete.
Experience is not necessary. Candidate needs to be comfortable on ladders and roofs, and able to lift 50+ lbs. Common sense a MUST!

After the training process, the individual would be able to complete jobs on their own and work independently and with colleagues. We like things to be done our own way, consistency keeps customers coming back!
Individual will learn about and be able to describe different species of wood and their characteristics.
Individual will learn to be familiar with the different types of siding and how they react with different chemicals.
Individual will someday, once properly trained, be able and versatile enough to perform the daily tasks of the business on their own and with colleagues.
Individual will learn about chemicals, their different properties, safe handling and use.
Individual will maintain equipment to company standards.
Mechanical skills are a plus.
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills!
