We are in search of a responsive, reliable, curious and alert individual to care of the grounds and yards for apartments in the Bristol area.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure property surroundings, driveway and sidewalks are spotless and sparkling clean.
- Ensure garbage containers are neat and not overflowing.
- Ensure common hallways, areas and porches are clean and in immaculate condition.
- Transport excess trash to the city dump using your vehicle.
- Take photos of all work done.
- Show units to prospective tenants.
This is a part time position available now.
