Hi,
I am looking for a general assistant for a small property management company in Hartford.
Duties would be focused around upkeep of properties and ensuring routine tasks are performed.
Trash and bulk pickup
Lock Changes
Common area damage repair
Random labor
Hours are M-Th 8:30am to 5pm and Fridays 8am-4:30pm
Because the nature of this job is so different, a perfect candidate will be well versed in general apartment maintenance. They will have one supervisor and the daily tasks will range from trash pickup to light electrical and plumbing, to painting.
There will be a need for some documentation for property upkeep such as appliance logs, smoke detector logs and walking apartments after move outs and before move ins for inspection.
