HHA,CNA,GNA, LPN are all welcome to apply

Must be ok with background check

Monday - Friday Rotating weekends

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated PRIVATE HOMECARE Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities

- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules

- Monitor and record vital signs as needed

- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding

- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care for individuals

- Document individual progress and report any concerns or changes in condition

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred

- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects or individuals as required

- Proficient in taking vital signs accurately

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
