Perform a variety of custodial, delivery, receiving and distribution duties in support of foodservice operations. Responsibility includes: cleaning and restocking Food Trucks after events. Prepping for and participating in events. Follow a checklist to ensure that Food Trucks are properly stocked.
Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule(this includes early mornings or late evenings.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work independently and finish tasks in a timely manner
Perform other duties as requested by Owner/ Operational Manager
