We are seeking an RN Supervisor for our Assisted Living Services Facility, affectionately known as SALSA. Location: Hartford, CT (on-site role).

Your Responsibilities:

Leadership & Coordination: Manage and coordinate all nursing and assisted living aide services.

Policy Development: Help shape our agency's objectives, standards of care, and procedures.

Staff Development: Recruit, select, orient, and educate direct service staff.

Program Planning: Participate in planning, budgeting, and evaluating clinical services.

Supervision: Oversee nursing personnel and assisted living aides, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Competence Evaluation: Assess the clinical skills of your team.

Counseling & Guidance: Provide individual counseling and supervision to staff.

24/7 Service Availability: Ensure nursing services are available around the clock.

Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on service provision and statistical data.

Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between staff and administrative personnel.

Additional Duties: Perform other mutually agreed-upon tasks.

Essential Skills:

Experience: 2-4 years of nursing experience within the past 10 years.

Experience in home healthcare, community health, or assisted living.

Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree.

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare and home health settings.

Work Environment:

Supervision: Oversee 4 LPNs and approximately 20-25 Home Health Aides across 3 shifts.
