Job Title: Senior Interior DesignerPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team, working on community-based projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing portions of design and documentation, and directing junior staff in those assigned areas. Key responsibilities include involvement in all project phases, from conceptual and schematic stages through to construction administration. This role also entails researching and partnering with manufacturers to select appropriate colors, finishes, and materials, preparing FF & E specifications, budgets, and coordinating with construction and procurement teams. Work Environment:We are a full-service planning, architectural, and interior design firm working with public and private sector clients nationwide. Our offices are located in several cities across the US, including Boston, Hartford, Las Vegas, New York, Phoenix, San Diego, & Tulsa. The successful candidate will be based in our newly renovated Hartford office, working alongside a diverse team of architects, interior designers, project managers, drafters, and office personnel. After the first 90 days, we offer a hybrid work model, allowing for two work-from-home days and three in-office days each week. Our project types span a variety of sectors, including commercial and institutional, with a focus on gaming, hospitality, mixed-use, community-based, K-12, and higher education projects.What We Offer:

Hybrid Flexibility
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design or a relevant degree
8+ years of experience as an interior designer
Proficiency in Revit
Experience with educational or community-based projects
