Job DescriptionThe Sr. Analyst, Governance and Program Administration, will be responsible for facilitating projects of varying complexity for their assigned areas, including planning requirements, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders, while prioritizing resources and time.The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for collaborating across multiple functional areas to ensure projects meet operational objectives and that all deliverables and due dates are met.The Sr. Analyst, Governance and Program Administration, will support the Manager of Governance and Program Administration and Director of Governance, Program Administration, and Vendor Management in Corporate Security and Resiliency’s mission of maintaining the overall safety and security of CVS Health’s people, facilities, and assets.Perform program and project activities as assigned by Manager.Proactively facilitate CS&R projects for assigned functional areas by creating project timelines, defining key milestones and success criteria, and determining resources needed to successfully complete the work.Develop and maintain program-related policies, procedures, and training materials in support of operational goals, regulatory requirements, and other internal controls.Provide support for CS&R software tools.Responsible for Governance program training and awareness.Prepare leadership presentations and dashboards to present on business unit initiatives and accomplishments.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience: Project Management support, Support of software tools and, Preparation of presentations and dashboards providing insight on business unit initiatives and accomplishments.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
