- Must Have: Production Support experience with Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
- Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
- Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale Systems
- We need team members with an appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation. Experience in working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and to build relationships is a must.
- Deep knowledge of architecture techniques and tools.
- Acting as the First line of triage of production issues – should have the ability to handle JCL errors, restarts, etc. and escalate issues that need more hands-on resolution, i.e. bad data, missing files, program abends, etc.
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekend support
- Ensure that all workload SLA's and SLO’s are met for the respective tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
