Responsibilities including patient greeting, check-in, answering phones, triaging phone calls, scanning, scheduling appointments and procedures for exams
Prepares and maintains patient charts and obtains pre-certifications and authorizations for patients' exams.
Supports clinical staff with clerical and clinical tasks with positive energy
Minimum Qualifications
Hugh School Diploma required - Associates preferred
1 -2 years' experience in healthcare
Epic experience preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team treatment model
