Roles & Responsibilities Ensure outcomes are SMART (specific measurable achievable realistic and timely)Identify risks impacts and proposed mitigation actions for the initial state delivery operating model in terms of possible effect on quality efficiency and efficacyEnsure delivery execution for each POD/team conforms to an established agreed upon and continuously maturing operating model Engagement ManagementEnsure talent is available at the right time to deliver on the engagement planEnsure talent that is no longer needed for the engagement is released from the project in a timely mannerFacilitate and manage regularly status cadence among team leadersPrepare & publish regular status report and publish for internal reviewPrepare & facilitate monthly status report for senior client leaders and publish for internal review Ensure the right talent with the right skills is available at the right time and executing according to an agreed upon operating modelEnsure delivery execution for each POD/team conforms to an established and agreed
