Stay for the culture.What You’ll Be Doing:The Senior Analyst ITSM at Evolent will serve as a key technical expert, developing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining standard ITSM operational procedures across the organization.Collaboration Opportunities :Within this position, you will get exposure to a world-class global team and utilize best-in-class tools to solve complex business and technical problems. Additionally, you will have exposure to executive leadership as you grow to create, grow, and champion key enterprise processes.What You Will Be Doing:
IT Service Management: Advocate the benefits of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and other IT Service Management processes. Mature Problem Management processes, participate in P1/P2 incident management as and when needed, and champion asset management processes.
Technology Governance : Establish and enforce technology governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Training: Mentor and train team members on ITIL best practices
Project Management : assist with initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time.
Strategic Planning : Support strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Qualifications Required and Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Required)
5+ years of proven experience as an ITSM Sr Analyst with a focus on ITIL best practices. (Preferred)
Self-starter with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, presenting complex technical information in understandable terms. (Required)
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. (Required) .
Knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies. (Required)
Experience working with global and remote teams in the healthcare industry. (Preferred)
Technical Requirements:We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors.
