This HR Operations Analyst serves a critical role in supporting the HR function by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations. Responsibilities:
Provide support to the entire human resources function
Analyze data, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and technologies
Prepare metrics and presentations for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
3+ years of experience in HR operations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
