Review proposed changes to CMS STARs technical specifications and HEDIS technical specifications and develop feedback, talking points and risk profile s of proposed changes . Provide support to staff and communicate with departments across the health plan of proposed specification changes. Work with federal and state quality improvement projects and be an active participant in external facing meetings with vendors and stakeholders. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting Executive, Director Medicare Strategy to make business decisions based on the results of research and data analysis.

Support Manager, Sr. Manager, Lead Director with projects/ programs with cross functional teams, assist business units in integrating quality into their strategic and operational plans.

Analyze performance data- Quantitative and qualitative

Develops materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data, translating highly technical data into compelling, digestible visual storytelling aids .

This role is a Hybrid role which means a hybrid Colleague works some of their scheduled workdays each week in an assigned company office location, and some workdays from a designated virtual work location, usually located in the Colleague's home

Required Qualifications:

2+ years HEDIS and STARs experience.

2+ years in a managed care industry.

2+ years of relevant programming or analytic experience.

2+ years data gathering, interpretation & analysis, data presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Overall understanding of Health Plan Quality management

Competent problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment

Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-organization, cross-discipline, and across all levels of the organization

Ability to drive clarity out of complex technical information, identify and solve for blockers, and effective collaboration skills to keep projects moving forward

Demonstrated experience building visual presentations, reports, and various types of communication

Translates knowledge of subject and business needs into clear strategic business plans

Project management experience

Strong Decision making, analytical and organizational skills

Education:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
