EY is ready to help our government build a better working world.Our GPS Technology Organization is a structure within the US GPS practice that implements and maintains a new operate and technology model designed specifically to support U.S. Government engagements.The opportunityAs a member of the GPS Enclave Support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring our users have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work.This role will be performed on-site at our GPS Office(s) in McLean and Crystal City, Virginia.Responsibilities:

Provide On-Site support in an office environment

Escalation point for difficult issues relating to SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Office, Power Platform and general on-site support.

ServiceNow ticket management; prioritizing tickets and awareness of SLAs

Device support including but not limited to Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Condeco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment (speakers, cameras, and monitors/kiosks)

Network Support and Troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN etc.)

Event and Meeting Support (may occur on-site or off-site)

Providing on call support for minor and major service outage resolutions

Occasional travel may be required to support other EY locations, client engagement sites, or off-site events

VIP/White Glove support

Occasional after-hour support may be required

Willingness to learn and understand the different applications GPS end users use.

Familiarity with ServiceNow and incident, problem, and change management processes and procedures

Generalized understanding of Browsers (IE/Edge/Chrome), Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business, M365 suite of applications, Windows 11, Azure AD, and MS cloud offerings

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science discipline or related work experience

Ability to obtain and maintain Top secret security clearance

5+ years of experience supporting or administrating M365 environments

5+ years of on-site technical support experience, or degree in related discipline

MS-900 Fundamentals Certification

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $83,600 to $156,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $100,300 to $177,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
