Description Position: Director of Human Resources Job Type: Direct-Hire/Full-Time Salary: $120,000 - $140,000Robert Half has partnered with a well-known manufacturer located in central Connecticut in their search for an HR Director to oversee their current HR team. This is full-time role with excellent benefits and work life balance. Local travel is required. Manage HR systems Lead the administration of employee benefits functions and ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. Stay updated on HR trends and employment legislation to ensure the company's compliance. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Develop training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance. Implement and manage various HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
